So THIS Happened went live. Like, actually live. Main Stage at Wichita Riverfest live.

Episode 48 is Jen and Rachel recording in real time on the Main Stage at Wichita Riverfest 2026 — in front of a real crowd, with wine in hand, the wind trying its absolute best to ruin the vibe, and DJ Panda on hype duty. It did not disappoint.

We played This or That with the crowd (Riverfest edition — festival food, outfit planning, local vs. national acts), dove into some of our favorite Riverfest memories, talked about what we'd already been up to Friday and Saturday, and giggled through Trend Decoder — because a live audience watching Rachel guess internet trends cold is exactly as chaotic as it sounds.

🎲 THIS OR THAT — RIVERFEST EDITION

The crowd played along this week — DJ Panda held it down from the booth while Jen and Rachel revealed their answers and let the audience weigh in. A few standout moments:

Front of the crowd vs. back by the bar — turns out it's a both/and situation and nobody is sorry
Local Wichita act vs. national headliner — unanimous local love (very on-brand for this show)
Corn dog vs. funnel cake — deeply personal, surprisingly divisive, and both are correct
Festival outfit planned for weeks vs. threw it together this morning — the crowd overwhelmingly grabbed what they could find, and we respect it
Document everything for the 'gram vs. put the phone down and live in it — turns out Broadway In Wichita taught Jen how to be present, and Rachel just trusts Jen to get the shot

🎡 RIVERFEST MEMORIES & THIS WEEKEND

The conversation got good fast. A few highlights:

Rachel's most vivid Riverfest memory: snow cones with Jen and the boys back around 2018, Century II, hot and sunny, outfits sourced from Von Maur the day before. Some things never change.
Rachel's childhood memory: watching the hot air balloons launch at night with her dad — and the fact that she's still hoping to catch them this year (weather permitting, which, it has not been).
Jen's chapter as the official Riverfest livestreamer — the backstage access, the deeper love for the festival it created, and the moment she arrived at the VIP dinner thinking Tim wasn't coming... and he was already there. Waiting. Having conspired with Julie to pull off a full surprise. There is a GIF. It lives forever.
The $25 giant margarita situation: Brittany at the bar turned them onto the Una Vida Tequila margaritas with refills for the rest of Riverfest. They are going back immediately after recording.
The Schooner Mates, Admiral Windwagon, the food court at the brick of fries, the Korean corn dogs — Riverfest is well-represented in this episode.

Big takeaway of this year's fest so far: more collaboration, more community showing up for each other — and that is exactly what this podcast is about.

📱 TREND DECODER

Rachel's Trend Decoder has returned by popular demand — specifically because Tracy from Oklahoma City mentioned it at lunch, and that was all it took. Welcome back, chaos.

TREND 1 — "Can We Reschedule?"
Creators pretend to receive a text cancelling plans, fake disappointment, then cut to themselves already in comfy clothes at home — relieved they don't have to go out. Rachel immediately said "cat on your lap" and "we do this all the time" and earned herself a hard-fought point. She was correct in spirit. One point awarded.

TREND 2 — "Watch My Body Change"
Creators use hooks like "watch my body change after giving up ____" to tease a big wellness transformation — but the reveal is them looking tired, sad, and completely over it. Rachel went deep fried pickles → food belly → Ozempic → habits → no progress, and landed basically right at the end. A point and a half. Very generous. She earned it.

Running score: Rachel is getting better at this. She said so herself. We believe her.

You know, they record every single week with one show. And today, yes, today, uh, we're gonna do a live video for you guys here on the May 6th and River Fest. So please uh put your hands together for the host of So This Happened Podcast, Jen Cole and Rico. Oh my gosh, this is so wild. Yeah, so this is a good one. We gotta turn it out. Cheers, cheers happened. This is gonna be episode uh 48, right here at Wich Wichita Riverfest. We're so excited. So excited. Oh my gosh, we have a lot to cover today, as always. Um, but first we're gonna go through it. We have this is kind of a special format today. We're gonna do this or that, which we haven't done in a while. We're gonna have a fun little combo about memories from Wichita Riverfest and why it's amazing and uh what it brings to our city. If you're hosting about Riverfest, make sure you use the hashtag Wichita Riverfest2026. And then we're also going to do a little trend decoder segment as well. New fan favorite, new Rachel favorite. We love it, it's amazing. Um but we can't do amazing things like this without fantastic sponsors. And we are proudly sponsored by Boo Event. Lovely Boo Event, and which includes the lovely Javanov down there and our our headman, DJ Panda. Oh, this is so much fun. And I guess it's time to dive right on into this or that. Okay. So for those who are unfamiliar with this segment, it is I list off a couple of prompts. Kind of, is it white line or would you rather have rose? And so I'll put down what I think the answer is for me, and then I put down on the other side of my whiteboard what I'm pretty sure Rachel put down too. So we try to guess each other's answers while we also put out our our own answers. But today we're involving the crowd. So we love the crowd participation, right? We love crowd participation. That's gonna be so amazing. We're so excited. So we'll go through the prompts. Rachel and I will reveal our answers, and then we'll have our lovely friend KJ Panda over here ask the crowd about anything. And then we'll advance everyone, and then we'll move on to the next one. So, to start out, I'm I'm so excited. So nervous. I think, okay. This one's fun. So are you more of a like front of the crowd kind of person, or do you just like to find your perfect spot in the back? Oh, okay. Let me write down a link. It's kind of like what you're gonna try to hold the mic and oh, okay. Yeah, Mr. What are the options again? Front The options are front of the crowd, like you gotta be right up here, right where Michael and Michelle are. Or you're kinda hanging more back towards the bar in the midcourt area. Okay, or right here in the middle, kind of like Giovanna back there. I think they gave away their answers. We shall see. It's a little windy today, folks. Yeah, but look. But it's okay. You take your time. I got some background going on. Thank you. Love that so much. Alright, I got my answer. Yeah, I have too. Okay, are we ready? Alright. I put front for me and back for Jen. Oh I put front for me and front for you. I give her the very front, so I should have put back about stage about as fun as it gets to be. So you won that one. For me, it depends though. It depends what type of event it is, you know, or like if it's a class instead, depending on just doing classes or not. Yeah. You don't want to be in the front room in class. I do, as long as I teach it on spinner. Oh yeah. That's very valid. Yeah, I have to be in the front because I'm blind. I can't see the board, so you know, I need to take it in the front. Absolutely. Or if it's a concert, then you you know, at least at some point I'm working on the way to the front of the path. Oh my gosh, every time. But then I need a break and I'm gonna go back at the back by the bar. Yeah. I mean both. Yeah, that's a bad one. I like that. Back by the bar over there. That's right. What about y'all? So what do you guys think? So let's give it up. If you want to be on the front of the actual uh collateral or whatever, only bets of noise for the front makes the noise. Woo! Okay, I don't know. Okay, okay, we see. I think that little split scitching over there. So I mean, I do see the shape is pretty amazing too. I get it. Yeah, I think that. Yes, and you want always the both galley, but both right. She is a both pretty good. Yeah, she likes to put both a lot of the time. Okay, so our next question is Would your father? So when you're at Riverfest, are you more interested in the local Wichita act, or are you like super excited about the national headliner? Okay. Yeah, I think I'm gonna put it to you. I'm excited to see what you're gonna put. You better not be cheating and looking at the camera. You probably didn't cross your mind until you say something. I'll hide it, I'll hide it. Yeah, look at it for everybody. Alright, you guys got your answer though there? I got it. Oh no. I bet love the local. I bet local local. We love local artists, right? That's right. That's our whole podcast. You know, everything went to talk. Everything went to talk. But we do love our national headliners, of course. We show up at the concerts at night. We love, we love that. Love to see it. We support it all. Yes, yes. You know, I've seen some real pretty interesting um regional acts too uh that were not necessarily concerts, they were just like acrobatics or you know, things like that. Or lumber the lumberjack folks. They they come from all over the place. Well, the lumberjack folks do. Hey, you know, in past years they've had like kind of a little contest back there. I don't I'm not I'm unfamiliar if they're doing that today or not. There were all kinds of things that they were doing back there. Yeah, it does. What about y'all? So what do you guys think? So let's give it up. If you want to support local, make some support local, next to milies. Alright, what about national fans and things like that? We got one in the night. Yes, so do you guys love the support local? We love that. Yes, absolutely. Okay, so this is fun, right? What else you got for us? Okay, okay, this one might be hard. I think this one's this is when things start to get a little more challenging. Okay, so oversized pant off our funnel pick. There we go. Let's deliver. This is a jerky one. Oh boy. I'm torn. But on the phone pig, does it have to be on it or not? That's banger. I think the ones over here are all like the really born dogs of anything once. You just assume there's gonna be all the toppings when you're on everyone. All of the toppings all of the toppings. Alright, I'm ready. Oh, I guess we still have this must have second food. Okay. You ready? I'm ready. I'm ready. I'm ready. Okay, let's go. I put corndog for you. Oh, funnel for me. You want again? I put funnel. Funnel cakes. Yeah, that's a good call. You know what? Those funnel cakes are, I mean, they're big enough to share, so are the corndogs I saw. They're so big. Yeah, very big. Corn dogs love it. What about y'all? Are you like sweet or savory? I guess is kind of the what's up? Alright. Both, yeah. Yes, that's a bigger one back there. Let's hear for a file cake. You can for a file cake and make some noise. Alright, well, what about the corndog make some noise? Oh yeah! Okay. Okay, so here's a trick one. If you like both of them make some noise. Woo! Okay, I can get that. I think I have more nostalgia around funnel cakes because I would get them like a different all the carnivals or whatnot have them. So I'm just gonna have like going with my family or down the bottom and getting funnel cakes and sharing them between all those kids. Oh, I shouldn't. So it feels more of a shareable plate. Yeah, definitely a shareable. A corndog sure you can share it, but I mean I don't want to share the corndogs, you know what I mean? That's right. So not a shareable sometimes. Okay, so alright. I think this is a fun one. Festival outfit. Yeah, it's a fun only one. That's some pieces. Okay, so have you had your festival outfit planned for these, or did you kind of just throw it together in this morning based on the bikes? Yeah, we're gonna be. Okay, what's in that and what? I put weeks we're gonna week. It's always funny when we do it that way. We pick a different thing. Because we are wearing our lovely birds. Oh, what did we say on there? What did we say? Our curse and lovely unconscious. Yes, I got and then fessi as my polish. Yes, a brand new one. New launch of Messi is McColish on. I actually only planned this a week ago because I only got it in the mail a week ago. But it's I did count as weeks. Yes, and love the logo on the back too. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Definitely check it out. So they got a course for the ladies. So they can uh purchase that on our store on bonfire.com slash so this happens. We'll make sure that we make some social posts about that. We have one pinned on our Instagram account. You can just go to our link tree from our Instagram account to that. Yes, I see one of our lovely fans and our lovely sponsor, Robbie Rivers, back there in the way. Heck yeah. I love a tank top good day for a tank. Yeah. So what about y'all? Are you guys more of a throw it together based on vibes, or are you planning your outfits for weeks in advance? Alright, so if you're planning out your outfit and make some noise out there, if you just want to put a seat in your pants and just grab them what's down where the claws are. A big majority is running at the door and going, what they got. Yeah. Well, you know, I guess this time, this Riverfest and many River Fest fests, you also kind of have to base it on vibes and weather. Weather, yes, and uh the last couple days turned out to be a little rainy cloudy. Yeah, a little dicey out there. You don't need a rock protector. Yeah, that's right. Okay, well, we have one more. Um more for this and that. So are you a document everything for the brand kind of person? Or put the phone down and just live it out in person. This is gonna be interesting. Have you been kicking score? You're winning. You're winning. We'll see. We'll see if that lasts. We all win here. Okay, I think I got the right keyboard. Okay, you ready? I'm done the answer. Yeah. I said Graham and living. Yeah, okay. Okay. We know each other very much. Yeah. We talked about this before. You have that kind of master the ability to capture what you need to with the moments that you live in, and then you put the phone down and still enjoy it in person. And uh what really helped us was that was the theater. Because good currency and you know, still capturing really good moments. Yes. But yeah, but when you go to the theater for Broadway Wichita, they they ask that you don't take any footage, and so I thought really good at living in the movement. This this season of Rodney and Wichita, which is wonderful. Yes, it is good. It is awesome. And also, you know, I have the lovely ability to put fun on it because you're just so good at it and you're so quick at it. I'm just gonna mess you up on the file folder and watch the daddy's photos here. Okay, alright, so what about all y'all? Alrighty guys, so if you guys just want to like the live at the moment of make some loins. How many other people love to live in that moment? How many S people have to document and put like on Instagram or Facebook? Make some loins. Woohoo! We already got this morning, too. It's been fun. A lot of good content. Oh my gosh. This has been so far, this has been such a blast. And now, like, so we kind of got a feel for like who all things. We kind of got a little bit of a feel for how we go. Now we want to dive into some of the nostalgia of Riverfest. Okay. So Rachel, let's talk about like the moment, our our crystallizing moment in Riverfest, whether it was when you were a child or an adult, what was the moment where you were at Riverfest and you're like, oh my gosh, this is freaking awesome. Well, honestly, Jen, I think that you got me super excited about it because you were always so involved and you always invited me out to do the fun thing with your boys. So I think the most memorable one is probably, you know, when we hung out in Riverfest, y'all got snacks, dude. I just mingled with everybody, knew everybody, and it was so confident in the like the middle of it over there by trick too. So I really remember that day. I remember it was hot and sunny, but shopping the day before it didn't fall online. We did go to Fonmark. Yes, we did. So I remember that we plan to do that. Some things just don't change. But then I think that honestly, I haven't come down there that much, you know, since then. For context, that was more like I think 2018-ish. Yeah, it was still like it was 90 years ago. Yeah, the boys were very my boys were still very young. They were like happy. They looked like little babies. Yes. And then when I was a kid, I do vaguely remember so young. Uh-huh. My dad taking us to watch hot air boys. So I remember watching the take off and how fun that was. So yeah. I'm really looking forward to doing that this year. I'm hoping we can do it tonight because I think the last two days of made fun. Yeah, nobody wants to go up there where the lightning is hitting. That's not fun. What about you? Oh my gosh. So I've had a I've been having a Riverfest since I moved to Wichita in 2006. But I think it was more towards like 2017, 2018 when I was official I was asked to be the official live streamer back in the day. Of course, you were Facebook Lives for Riverfest, uh, Wichita Festivals, Riverfest. It was so much fun. So I got to hop around to all of the things all the time. And I learned so much about Riverfest back when I was doing that, and I just really came to love it at a deeper level. I think one of my favorite moments of all time. It was a moment when I had just started dating Tim. And he even told me that he wasn't able to come for the weekend because he had to help some friends need a pinball machine. That's so tough. That is so tough. Yes. By the way, guys, we had a pinball machine on our body. And in their living room. That's why I already got it. I like the pyro. So he told me that he wouldn't be able to make it. And he apparently worked with my friend Julie and her husband to make this elaborate plan to where he surprised me upstairs for a kind of like the beginner dinner on the first day on the first Friday of Overfest that year. Up at there's like there's this dinner that they have for vendors and people that are invited or whatever. And Julie and I were sitting at a table and I'm minding my own business, eating something, and somebody comes up behind me and whispers this I will not repeat it in my ear. And I turn around and I just jaw drop. It is Tim. And that is a moment that lovely Julie took not only photos, she made it into a gif. So we have that memory for forever. That is one of my favorite memories. I love the nights up on the balcony watching the the concerts and just sipping wine and enjoying this lovely backdrop that is the city of Wichita. So just I don't know, many great memories, but I just I think it's the vibe and I think it's the overall culture of River Fest that just really makes it for me. I really like seeing how everybody comes out and how all the different companies and local businesses really come out and show up and all the supports and then like provide to each other. Yeah. And all the collaboration is what I love. No, I really love that. It was so fun when we were here on Friday uh checking out the food port, of course. And of course, we were checking out bar options as well. And we met Britney. Hey Britney, you can hear us back there. We know her back there. Hi Brittany, thank you. So she turned us on to the ginormous margaritas that you can get for $25 and then get refills for the rest of River Fest for 18 out of them. Delicious, by the way. And we have to say, yeah, it's so cool because it's made with Unavita and tequila. Yeah, Una Vida local. They're local. We love our friends at Unavita and One Life Spirits, and of course, I co-host the whole uh umbrella company. Love them so much, and that margarita went down really fast. It went down really fast. It's like this tall. Yeah. And it went down really fast. I brought one pup. So Britney. Brittany, watch out. We're coming for it. That's right. So yeah, I think the collaboration, the food court. What else did we do on Friday? We oh taco salad. Yeah, yeah, there's some really great food vendors back there. Yeah, there really are. Oh my gosh. Um, burritos, corn dogs. We saw the corn dogs. We did see the corn dogs. We saw the file cakes, the brick of fries. Yeah, they have they have like little models sent out on all their food. Oh, it's so cool. Yeah, if you want if you have any doubts about what you're ordering, don't worry. They have it set on display for you. Don't just check it out. Everything is solution. The top is all the fire. Oh my god, that was so good. Yeah, don't sleep on the food court, guys. It's incredible. We're gonna do in all these lives and whatnot. I think we're creating a new one right now. Oh, I know, I know we definitely are creating a new one right now. And we're very lucky to be up here. Very excited to be here. Yes, I know it's so fun to be able to sit on the stage and like talk about how much we love Wichita here at Wichita uh River Fest. I couldn't think of an event any more fitting. Yeah. Um, okay, so we've talked about what we've done. Let's talk about what we plan on doing. I know that hot balloons are definitely the horizon for us. Yes, the hot air balloons are definitely one of the ones that I want to go check out tonight. I think it's 6 30 is when they launch. Yeah. 8 30 is when they glow. And I'm really hoping that, you know, we don't get any rain tonight so we can have a glow. I don't want to say I didn't win up the last two nights or not. I would that one I wouldn't want to fly a hot air balloon. I know. I know. Especially last night. Last night was that was a storm. Yeah, how. Yeah, I was really ready and driving around later and the lightning and the blouse look so cool. But I was like, Yeah, I know. So it's so fun to see like all the different activities and everything out here. From we have, you know, the schooner mates, the kiddos that uh go around and keep the hype for Riverfest and make everything they keep everything super exciting. They do great work. Ran into them this morning when we were coming in the gate and they got here pregnantly and they're just out there. Yeah, schooner mates. They hang with Admiral Windwagon and they come around and do fun things about the water. Admiral Windwagon, say that now. Admiral Windwagon. You know, that is somebody who I'm not spotted yet this year. So I'm excited to find our Admiral Windwagon and hopefully meet them this time. Yes, fun things. Yes, we do. Oh my gosh, that would be so impressive, I think. Alright, so I feel like it might be time to slip into another segment. The second call. The turn decoder. Are you ready for this? Uh maybe. Let me let me loosen my gear. Yeah, I think it's time to take a little sip, right? Yes, the sip's why you gotta take a little sip right there. But as you're taking a little sip, we're actually about reaching at the halfway point of the podcast. So I want to do a little check-in with the crowd out there. Crowd, how are you guys doing out there? You guys know the podcast? You guys are amazing. Thank you. Oh, it's so fun to have over here. Do you want the shoulders? This is the halfway point? What's that? I think you should cheer the crowd over there, Sit Squad. Oh, we should. We love you guys. Cheers guys! Cheers! Cheers! Support local! Yay! Okay, so are you ready for some real fun? This is when things get a little crazy. And I get put on the spot. She is so put on the spot, and that's so much fun for me. And apparently a lot of our listeners, because this was something that we started when we at the beginning a year ago when we began this podcast. And then we kind of went away from it for a while. And then it was requested to bring it back. Yeah. So it's good. I was at lunch. Train C and out in Oklahoma City. Yeah. She started listening to us when we was traveling. And then she was telling me that she loved that segment. And I was like, I forgot all about that segment. Yeah, we haven't done it in months. Yeah, exactly. So bringing it back, folks. It was just like the fashion eye. You know, sometimes we're like, oh, you started it, and then all of a sudden a little bit of what, guess what? Let's come back. So funny. Okay, so I hope that you all enjoy this as much as we do and our listeners do. This is a segment where I kind of I definitely put Rachel on the spot. Um, as many of you know, I'm chronically online, especially on TikTok. That is how I decompress after a crazy day. I feel TikTok. And so I'm very attuned to trends. Also, as a social media manager, that is also my job uh to know about trends. Rachel is quite the opposite. Yeah, I don't really know about trends. She is hardly, she is definitely not chronically online. Um, and as you can as you might remember from this or that, she's definitely a live out the moment instead of create content type person. So nothing wrong with that. It just makes this way more fun. Yeah, every time I try to create content, it gets stuck in my draft folder for years. And then I'm like, hey, did did you happen to get a photo of this? I think it was like the the point to Colorado. I didn't get very many good pictures of the troll. Oh yeah. But you did. I got a photo, yeah. Yeah. Thomas Dambo trolls. Oh my gosh, that troll is ginormous. If you've never, if you've never been to Breckenridge and you've gone to see the Thomas Dombo, is that a Thomas? I say Dambo, but he says it as an accent because he's from somewhere else. Incredible troll. Anyway, so we got way off topic. We're gonna introduce trend to cutters. So I am going to give Rachel the name of the trend and zero context, and we're gonna watch her spiral into mental oblivion. Here we go. Okay, so today's first trend is called Can We Reschedule. Can we reschedule? Can we reschedule? Well, this happens to you and I um a lot, but we kind of just already know we can. So we don't have to even ask. Let me think here. Thinking out loud, folks, that's how this thing works. This is how this works, and it's so much fun because just let it put because it gets real again, I promise. Let me so can we reschedule? I'm thinking kind of on the last week's one is where my mind's going when I was like, there's this really fun thing to do, but like my cat's on my lap, so sorry, can we reschedule? Let's see here. Obviously, it's been raining lately. I'm thinking about rain checks. Sometimes you have to reschedule that. Yeah, we've had to do that a couple times this weekend with the weather. Yes, the balloon launch. Yeah. Oh my gosh, can I get a hint? I'm kind of stuck. Let me see. Okay, the hint is don't give it away. The hint is you're doing a great job. Okay. Oh gosh. Oh. You're doing a really good job. Now imagine making a reel about. Don't give it away. I got this. Okay. Okay. You're doing a great job. So let's just say, like, maybe it's like a video of someone just totally like everything's going wrong. And it just says you're doing a great job, but can we reschedule because they're screwed up so bad? No? No. No? It's not that. Do you want one more guess? Oh, one more guess, yeah. Do you think that you said you're doing a good job? You're doing a good job. Revisit what you've said. You talked about you have a cat on your lap, you know. Or you know, were you okay, were you disappointed when you had the cat on your lap? Oh, no, not at all. So maybe it's like I found something better to do. Let's reschedule. Okay. You went the opposite direction. Okay. Okay, so um, so can we reschedule? Creators pretend to receive a text message saying, hey, I can't make it today. I'm so sorry. And then um the then the creator fakes a disappointment at first, and then cuts to themselves already and come be closing the cup of coffee. Yeah, like why can we actually record tomorrow? Just not because like you're still like when I was still like asleep or something. You were like, oh, I'm actually. It was definitely like shoot, I was like so close at first, and then I smiled back the opposite direction. Absolutely not. Yeah, it's it's definitely like oh okay. I am not sad that you are canceling our plans. I think that's just yeah, you absolutely two points, so I'm gonna say you get one point up. You were so close, you said you said cat on your lap. That's my name. You said cat on your lap, and so I felt like that was Anna said very good all the time. We do do this all the time. So yeah, definitely. That's okay. Half a point for the cat, half a point for we do this all the time. That's one point. Oh. My cat is laughing today. I like it. Yeah. Okay, this next one. I'm so excited to hear your take on. Oh boy. Okay, so uh, for those who are just joining us may not have heard, I am giving Rachel the name of a trend that I've seen on TikTok. She has zero context because she is not as chronically online as I am. No. And she is going to give her explanation of what she thinks the trend is about. Blindly. So, this next trend, Rachel, is called Watch My Body Change. Oh god. I know, that is exactly why I picked this trend. I'm so excited. Well, I have a pregnant sister-in-law, so I feel like you go that route, but um, for me, I'm thinking looking at all this carnival food, I'm like, you have like a big plate of like whatever it is you chose, whether it's deep fried pickles or donuts, and then you take a picture of it and you caption it. Watch my body change. And then what happens? And then you take a picture of your food belly, and then you've done it. I don't know. That is not crack. No, no, okay. I mean, there's a lot. I mean, that's funny, but it's not it's not correct. I like my turn better already. Uh okay, so that does happen a lot. I'm thinking maybe alright, watch my body change. Yeah. I mean, I feel like it could be like basic workout fitness thing, but I don't know that you would choose that for me. You'd be surprised. Watch my body change. Oh, perfect! This is an account for a zen. No, it's not trimming right now, isn't it? Yeah, but they're not sponsoring us, so sorry. I need Oh shit. We're always open to sponsors. Although we love our sponsors at events. Does it have any does it have anything to do with, you know, I'm seeing I like Auntie didn't, you know, a pregnant sister-in-law, so I'm like, watch her vibe. She literally came in my room this morning, like, Rachel Pet looks pregnant. And okay, it's not that. It has to do with habits. Okay. Habits. Yeah. Okay, so I'm thinking um starting a new routine, like drinking more water, and um you know, taking your vitamins, going on walks daily, that's birthday. And just maybe videoing through their day doing that. Okay. No. You're getting really close. I feel like that's half of it. This is where my brain bubbles out. Yeah. Okay. That's half of it. And then and then showing no progress. Okay. Alright, alright, alright. I don't think you can go any further without going the wrong direction. Yeah. Um, no, you okay. I feel like you finished very strong there. So it's like I did. It okay, so this trend is uh it's called Watch My Body Change. So creators use hooks like watch my body or face change after giving up like caffeine or giving up, you know, whatever, alcohol, whatever it is. Teasing a big longest transformation. Like, oh my gosh, I'm watch how much I'm gonna change. And then the big reveal is them looking tired, sad, and completely over it. Like in their swamp on the floor face down. Like yeah, and so that is the trend. I feel like you at the end you got very, very close. So I would give you honestly point to five. I would say point and a half. Okay, I'll take it. You were basically there. Again, guys, she's being generous. No! No, no, no, no, you were right there, you got it. You did so great, thank you so much. Alright. Like you came on so strong today with the trend decoder. I'm so proud of you. You have to change that. I feel like I'm getting better at understanding what our world is doing. I think you are, because like there's there, I feel like with content um like that, there's always like there's always a bit of a formula to it, you know, when you're creating, because it's always gotta be relatable. That's what you have to think. Now I don't want to ruin this. Don't give me any more hints. But I'm just saying, there is a plant, and you have to think about relatability. Okay, alrighty. Is that the next book's gonna be about? Well, there is no that was our only two trends for today's trend to finish segment. Um, but I wanna circle back on Riverfest. Um, kind of just talk back about like what has been our big takeaway? What has been your big takeaway so far? I know we're still at the beginning this year. Yeah, my big takeaway of Riverfest this year is I think I mean I haven't been down here. I didn't make down here last year. I think that this one's probably more collaborative than I thought the last couple years have been. You know, when we went through the COVID and everything. This one, I feel like everything's overlap. We're out here, we're all doing it. I feel like there's been a lot more collaboration and more willingness to send everybody out here. Yeah. Um you know, the weather's been a little fickle the last two days, which may have taken a toll, but luckily it goes on for what, like two weeks? So it was like, you know, whole week. So we've still got plenty of days to make up time for the last two three eight days. I will say um our lovely our lovely man Casey and the crowd down there. We we break the storm a little bit. Okay. We walked through the rain. Um, I believe it was Saturday. Friday. It's Friday night. Yeah, it was Friday night. Um, and you know, we didn't make it too long, but we tried, and it was still a good time. It wasn't too heavy, but it was still too much, you know, for like the balloons to go up just to have, yeah. But I did see that the fireworks went off that night, though. Oh, and it looked incredible from the content that I've seen from other creators, impeccable. Like it looked like it was such a fascinating evening. The fest will go on! The fest will go on! Always with Chita River Fest. It's always going on, they always come back, it's always amazing. Yes, and of course I love that they invited us out here. I think that's what our practice is all about is supporting all the local businesses, all the local events, um, you know, and I think all that collaboration is just exactly what we need to be a part of. So I'm really excited, and you know, hopefully we can come back next year. I sure yeah, we absolutely appreciate the invitation. This has been a fantastic um experience for us. So, and what an episode this has turned out to be. I'm I saw this episode, uh we're recording it now, it will publish on Thursday. So for anyone who didn't catch it live, uh they will catch it on Thursday. Um, my mom is gonna try to catch it live. I don't know if you're listening, mom.
